‘TRAVELLING COUNTRY’ AWARDED AT ANIMAFEST ZAGREB

TRAVELLING COUNTRY is the last film of Compote Collective, realized as co-production between Bulgaria and Croatia, supported by Bulgarian National Film Center. The film is written and directed by the team Vessela Dantcheva and Ivan Bogdanov.

The film received "Best Croatian Film" award at one of the world's famous international animation festivals – Animafest 2016, Zagreb. "Through vivid colour and stirring sound and music, this film presents a thought-provoking metaphor of the cyclical nature of society."

The main creative team includes: art direction – Rositsa Raleva / music composer – Petar Dundakov / sound design – Andrea Martignoni / music performed by 'Eva Quartet', 'Yulangelo' and Dobri Paliev Jr.

Still very new, TRAVELLING COUNTRY is not shown in Bulgaria yet. We expect to have it premiere at the World festival of Animated Film, Varna.
