Seven Bulgarian films supported by the National Film Center awarded at the 21th Sofia Film Festival
Sofia City of Film Grand Prix Award for best film in the International Competition for first and second films, went to Godless by Ralitza Petrova. Godless also received The Award For Best Bulgarian Feature.
Award For Best Balkan Film went to Glory by directors Kristina Grozeva and Petar Valchanov. Glory also won The Award Of The Bulgarian Guild Of Film Critics.
Jameson Award for Best Bulgarian Short Film went to Clothes by Vesselin Boydev.
Jameson Special Mention Award was awarded to Travelling Country by Vessela Dantcheva and Ivan Bogdanov.
Lidl Audience Award for Best Bulgarian Film was presented to Lift for Patients directed by Iglika Trifonova.
The Documentary Jury handed Special Mention to the film Village People by Tsvetan Dragnev.
The FIPRESCI Jury handed out the FIPRESCI Award to the Bulgarian co-production Requiem for Mrs. J by Bojan Vuletic.
